Throughout his illustrious career spanning over a decade at Pacific Bell/Cingular Wireless, Phillip established himself as a distinguished figure in the telecommunications industry. Not only did he excel in the corporate world, but he also dedicated time to overseeing and facilitating recreation programs in the Central Valley for over ten years. His influence extended to the realm of sports as he coached his sons in undefeated programs at Lakeside Union School for more than five years.

Phillip's impact was not limited to the professional sphere; he also ventured into politics with successful campaigns for public office in Madera, CA. His innovative spirit shone through when he was featured in Bakersfield California for pioneering sweepstakes systems and arcades.

A man of many talents and interests, Phillip found joy in spending time with his family and traveling across the country, especially enjoying visits to Las Vegas with his children. Simpson's trial.

Educated at Fresno City College where he pursued a degree in political science, Phillip's thirst for knowledge and excellence knew no bounds. His charismatic personality and unwavering love for his family defined him. Known to be focused on his next project while always providing for his children, Phillip was a man of detail with high expectations.
